IMTEC-Cardiolipin-Antibodies IgG is an enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against cardiolipin/beta-2-glycoprotein I in human serum and plasma. The assay is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only as an aid in the diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).

In most patients with typical symptoms of APS these autoantibodies (aCL) do occur and are a useful diagnostic marker for the disease.
