IMTEC-dsDNA-Antibodies is an enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against dsDNA in human serum. The assay is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only as an aid in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.

Autoantibodies against double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) are an important ACR criterion for the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). These antibodies are considered as prognostic markers and usually correlate with disease activity (especially of lupus nephritis).
